Jugendzentrum PULS

PULS* is a queer youth center in Düsseldorf designed for young people aged 14 to 26. It serves as a safe space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and all other queer youth—regardless of their coming-out status. At PULS*, visitors can meet new people, exchange experiences, and spend time together in a welcoming environment.

The center offers regular meetings throughout the week with various focuses: closed events for specific groups, open gatherings for all queer youth, and themed evenings addressing topics such as coming-out, transition, and sexuality. Beyond social connection, the venue provides recreational activities including table football, darts, and music listening. The diverse team facilitates the events and also offers counseling for young people, families, and professionals. PULS* stands as a hub for diversity, acceptance, and anti-discrimination education.
