Gay-Location.com is part of a small network of websites for the queer community that we have been running since 2007. It all began with a single list of Pride and CSD dates. That list slowly turned into a family of sites, each with its own focus but the same idea behind it: make queer life visible and easy to find.
Our sites
Travel — gay-travel.de / .net / .es
Queer destinations from around the world: hotspots with their scene districts, gay-friendly hotels, bars and saunas, plus cruises, Pride trips and festivals. For every destination you get the best time to travel, tips on the local scene and an honest read on safety and the legal situation, drawing on traceable sources such as the Spartacus Gay Travel Index and ILGA.
Pride & CSD — csd-termine.de / gay-prides.com / .es
Where the whole thing started. Pride and CSD dates in Germany, Europe and worldwide, with dates, locations and — where we know it — the programme.
Parties — gay-party.de
Recurring party series, club nights and one-off events. If you want to know what is on this weekend, this is the place to look.
Locations — gay-location.de / .com / .es
Bars, cafés, clubs and meeting points in your city. The scene's address book, sorted by place and category.
How we work
We are a directory and a magazine, not an organiser or an agency. We maintain the content ourselves and keep it current. When we recommend something, it is because we mean it, not because someone paid for the spot. Many of the sites exist in German, English and Spanish, so people in different countries can read along.
Get involved
A lot of this works because people from the community point us to new things and to mistakes. Missing a destination, a bar that has closed, a date that is wrong? Write to us through the contact form or the details in our imprint. Every tip helps.
