Das Gold is a basement live-music club in Neu-Ulm where indie, jazz, electro and soul rotate without sticking to fixed genre lines. The venue consciously continues the tradition of the former Insel-Club at the same address and has already picked up a cultural award for its live programme.
The club is run by a small operating team that deliberately keeps the stage open to a broad musical spectrum instead of settling on one genre. Once a month, on the first Saturday, the club also opens its doors for "Kiss Queer Clubbing", a party series run as an outside programme point by the local Pride organisation, bringing together queer audiences from the Ulm/Neu-Ulm area.
Website, Facebook and Instagram show the current programme; the club can also be booked for private events.
