Drinks come at fair prices, there's a foosball table to compete on, and hard punk plays from the speakers. Dogs are welcome, polish is not — Onkel Otto sees itself as a down-to-earth meeting point with no glossy pretensions, rooted in Hafenstraße's history of resistance.
