The venue features an open café serving international and vegetarian cuisine, welcoming visitors from the community. Beyond accommodation, Bellevue di Monaco provides medical and legal support services alongside regular cultural events designed to promote integration and social exchange. The distinctive lime-green building has become a landmark in central Munich, representing a successful model of sustainable urban renewal. The café atmosphere is warm and inclusive, offering free Wi-Fi and outdoor seating.
