The Frankfurter Volleyball-Verein (FVV) is one of Europe's largest LGBT* sports clubs and a major recreational sports organization in the Rhine-Main region. With nearly 1,000 members, the FVV offers comprehensive sports programs for all skill levels, from casual recreational play to competitive league and tournament opportunities. Founded to provide gay and lesbian individuals with a self-determined, prejudice-free environment for athletic activity, the club remains committed to creating a safe, discrimination-free community. The FVV actively counters social inequality, advocates for fair participation, and combats prejudice within its community. With over 2,000 sports events annually, club-organized activities, and active community engagement, the FVV thrives on member participation and solidarity.
