StattGarde Colonia Ahoj

StattGarde Colonia Ahoj e.V. is a vibrant carnival association in Cologne, characterized by its nautical theme and prominent role in the Cologne Carnival. As one of the largest member-based groups, it upholds local traditions while featuring a uniformed crew comprising the main boat, onboard band, shanty choir, dance corps, and sun deck. With the majority of active members being gay, the association fosters an open, inclusive atmosphere rooted in the pink carnival scene.

The club's headquarters and office are located in a boathouse in the old town, with the 'Im Leuchtturm' pub serving as their regular hangout. The crew performs frequently on stages across Cologne and surrounding areas, participating in the Rose Monday parade.
