Acud Macht Neu is an independent art house located in Berlin's Mitte district and one of the last surviving cultural centers from the post-Wall era. Spanning nearly 1,500 square meters, the venue encompasses five distinct spaces: a theater, two cinemas, a club, a studio, and a gallery. The building also houses a bar with beer garden, music schools, an art school, and various artist studios.
Acud Macht Neu functions as a platform for experimental art and innovative cultural projects. The club accommodates up to 160 guests and features state-of-the-art sound and technical equipment. The programming prioritizes support for marginalized communities, particularly queer, BIPOC, FLINTA, and refugee artists. Beyond concerts and club nights, the venue offers workshops, sound installations, and rehearsal spaces.
