- Organization/
Counseling
Schwulenberatung Berlin provides a welcoming and confidential space for gay, bisexual, lesbian, trans*, and inter* individuals. The atmosphere is supportive and relaxed, ideal for initial consultations and personalized counseling on topics like health, coming out, identity, substance use, aging, or discrimination. Counselors offer empathetic listening and practical guidance tailored to each person's needs.
Highlights include diverse group sessions, such as circles for older adults or meetups for young queer people, alongside unique initiatives like Lebensort Vielfalt—a shared living project fostering intergenerational diversity and combating isolation. Additional offerings encompass LSBTI*-family daycares, Café Wippe, and Breakfast Club for those with mental health challenges, plus daily life assistance. With four locations across Berlin, accessible support is always close at hand.
