Comodo Studios sits right next to Stuttgart's city hall, the successor to the former Club People. By day it runs as a café and aperitif bar with a terrace seating around thirty tables; from Wednesday to Saturday nights it turns into a dance club with a DJ line-up and entry from age 21, set inside a striking orange-and-blue retro design.
The venue doesn't run a dedicated queer programme, but its operators describe the crowd as mixed and open, saying exclusion has no place here. For anyone after a relaxed coffee by day or a dance floor by night, it's a low-key spot right on the town hall square.
