About Zeiss Planetarium Bochum
- Sight
Zeiss Planetarium Bochum offers a cinematic journey into space in a setting designed to feel both immersive and contemplative. The curved dome, advanced projection technology, and carefully curated soundscapes create an atmosphere that draws visitors away from everyday life and into a vivid universe of stars, planets, and abstract visual worlds.
Its program combines astronomy presentations with music-based shows, audio productions, and special events for families, school groups, and curious newcomers. Rather than focusing on a single type of experience, the venue presents a broad cultural mix that makes each visit feel different.
What makes the planetarium stand out is its ability to blend education, entertainment, and atmosphere in a single space. It is a destination for people who enjoy science, visual storytelling, and memorable indoor experiences regardless of the weather outside.
