Ciao Pizza is a renowned Italian restaurant located on the 2nd floor of The Crystal Veranda in Bangkok, offering an industrial-chic ambiance with dark wooden furnishings and brick-style walls. Led by Italian chef Gerardo Calabrese, the restaurant specializes in authentic Italian cuisine with a particular emphasis on artisanal thin-crust pizzas baked in a hybrid gas and wood-fired oven. The signature pizza dough is left to rise twice, resulting in a light and airy crust that sets Ciao Pizza apart. Beyond pizzas, the menu features fresh pasta, risotto, and traditional Italian desserts. The restaurant is gay-managed and welcomes a diverse clientele of Thai and international guests. Known for its quality ingredients, attentive service, and reasonable prices, Ciao Pizza has earned high ratings for both food and hospitality. The casual yet refined setting makes it an excellent choice for anyone seeking authentic Italian dining in Bangkok.
